2. Description of Service
Unthought Of is a Chrome extension that analyzes webpages for monetization signals and generates AI business ideas. The Service includes free features (analysis, ideas, feedback) and paid features (business plans).
3. Use of the Service
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Not use the Service to violate any third-party rights
- Not abuse the API or circumvent rate limits
4. Intellectual Property
Unthought Of, including its name, logo, and content, is owned by us. You may not use our trademarks without permission. AI-generated ideas are provided for your use; we do not claim ownership of ideas you develop.
5. Paid Features
Business plans are paid ($4.99). Payment is processed via Stripe. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. Prices may change with notice.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated ideas are suggestions only and do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or success of any idea. Use at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes.
